Principles of collaborative spaces in Opticom

In Opticom, it is possible to have several delegations (nothing to do with the principle of AISA-NGO delegate), each delegation can have several collaborative spaces.

For AISA-ONG there is a delegation under the reference "D20210008" is called: "Delegation containing all the areas of the poles and the CA". In this delegation there are ten collaborative spaces, each collaborative space has a unique reference that begins with the letter "C"

For delegation D20210008, the option "Read sharing between all collaborative spaces?" has been activated, which means that a user of a collaborative space has read access to the other collaborative spaces even if he/she is not a member
