Only delegates who have the possibility of creating collaborative spaces (or pole).

Before going further, it is important to understand the principle of collaborative spaces in Opticom, see this link on this subject: https://opticom.app/support/kb/faq.php?id=19

To find out if you are a delegate in a delegation, go to (1) > (2). On "My account" look (3).

If is empty then you have no delegation, creating a space is possible.

If is not empty as in our case, there is the delegation "D20200000X - AISA Belgium", then you are a delegate and you can create collaborative spaces in one of the delegations mentioned here

To create a collaborative space, click on (1) > (2) > (3) > (4)

Complete the form with the desired data and click on "Save"
