Before reading this article, it is important to understand the principle of delegations in opticom explained here: https://opticom.app/support/kb/faq.php?id=19

as explained in the section above, activating the option "Read sharing between all collaborative spaces?" gives read access to users who are not part of my collaborative space.

The administrator of the collaborative space has the possibility on a given folder to remove access to users who are not part of the collaborative space in question:

In our example, in the collaborative space "C20200078" I have created a folder with the name "acces_limite" on which we are going to limit access.

In the folder (...), go to details, on the left-hand side go to "Sharing".

Click on "Add an advanced authorisation rule".

Knowing that the reference of the delegation to which my collaborative space "C20200078" belongs is "D20210008

The reference of the group on which we are going to limit access is calculated like this:

This group contains all the users of the delegation except the users of the collaborative space "C20200078".

So we will look for the group "D20210008C78" (Note: If my workspace is "C20170022" "D20210008C22", etc.)

Once selected, click on the "Read" column and then "Decline".
